Our principle aim is to provide high quality acquisition QCs, 2-D and 3-D data processors and seismic interpretation staff, to oil & gas exploration and development businesses here in the UK or at client sites around the world. Our primary goal is to provide adequate turnaround, quality and economy to compete effectively for data processing assignments and maintain a profitable and efficient service.

We currently have over 30 specialist geophysical consultants on our books who are capable of using a wide range of geophysical software on powerful workstation environments. We differ substantially from other agencies, in that we provide complete training services, including initial processing flow set-ups tailored to our clients needs. Furthermore, we offer our clients the opportunity to employ our consultants directly after an initial trial period. For this reason, we keep a large pool of new graduates and experienced geophysicists. We also maintain complete Public Liability, Employers Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance covering all our consultants.

Speculative and multi-client surveys are becoming more popular in the industry, as a means of mitigating the costs of exploration. During the recent slump in exploration activity, many have acquired seismic data on a speculative basis, however it is possible that many of these surveys are conducted without the aid of third party quality assurance. Data processing and acquisition quality can be compromised during the struggle to shave operational costs.

• Two man processing (within 30 days) of a 20 million trace, 3-D shallow water survey from the Emirates area.
• Provision of staff for on-board processing of a 10,000 km 2-D survey, Mediterranean.
• Set-up of on-board QC procedures for major contractor, West of Shetland.

Due to an increase in demand for such services, we have now introduced interpretation geophysicists to our list of consultants, most of which are skilled in both Landmark and Geoquest interpretation software in addition to more specialized packages such as IXL, Sierra & AVO.
